The 1501
Although custom-built with geometry finetuned to you, our 1501 Titanium framesets share a common ride feel and performance packaged in a modern classic aesthetic. With 2 years of development the 1501 evolved through notebook sketches, 2D to 3D CAD models for FEA testing, multiple AM mock-ups, and finally, rideable test prototypes. The thorough process ensures that the engineering under the skin is just as meticulously considered as the outward appearance and finishing.
Key features of the 1501
- Titanium Grade 9 3AL 2.5 single and double-butted tube construction.
- Progressive stretched chainstays and aggressive MTB-inspired headtube angle resulting in a bicycle that has great stability on tricky descents and minimal front wheel lift on those +20% climbs.
- Oversized headtube and downtube with T47 bottom bracket create the stiffness needed for out-of-the-saddle climbing.
- Small diameter top and seat tube creating seated compliance over the rough stuff.
- Sloped top tube, skinny seat stays, long chainstays, and lengthy seat post create a compliant ride.
- Clean full internal cable routing and integrated cockpit.
- Optimised for 1by chainline.
- 700c x 45mm or 650B 2.1 tyre clearance.
- 12x142mm rear and 12x100mm front axle.
- Future proof UDH.
- T600 carbon fully integrated bar and stem with internal routing.
- T600 carbon fork with internal routing.
As framesets are custom built, specifications are modifiable.
