Here are the key milestones on your dream-to-reality bike design and build:

Starting Point: Getting to know you, we gain a broad sense of the direction to take for your custom build.
Concept: Creation of loose briefs and sketches with a preliminary budget.
Bike Fit: No guesswork, with the help of experienced bike fit professionals, who will fine-tune your position before committing torch to tube.
Detailing: Detailed drawings and instructions around your build are created to issue for custom fabrication of your frame.
Artwork & Specification: While your frame is being built, we refine your artwork details and finalise the specification of every component, bolt space, and finish.
Quality Check: Once out of fabrication, your frame undergoes a final QC in our studio before finishing.
Mock-up: Although not always possible we like to mock-up each bicycle for you to test ride before we commit to final finishing.
Artwork: We overlay your story artwork onto you meticulously built frame.
Assembly: Once received back from the paint studio and quality of finish is approved, we start your final assembly.
New Bike Day: Celebrate with a photoshoot at a location befitting your custom built bicycle, then embrace the "Spirit of Gravel" and hit the dirt!
